Only companies incorporated in Singapore. Individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships are not eligible.
What may financing be used for?
Financing is considered solely for the applicant company’s working-capital requirements.
What property may be considered?
Completed private residential, commercial and industrial properties located in Singapore may be considered. HDB properties and properties under construction are not accepted.
Can property with an existing mortgage be considered?
