Who may enquire
- A company incorporated in Singapore
- Financing required solely for business working capital
- Eligible completed private residential, commercial or industrial property situated in Singapore
- Property with existing financing may still be considered
- Personal guarantees from the applicant company’s director(s) and/or shareholder(s) are required
Outside our scope
- Individuals and consumers
- Sole proprietors
- General or limited partnerships
- Limited liability partnerships
- HDB property
- Personal-purpose financing
